Exchange students can book their trip via booking form of Matkapojat.
One person books the trip for themself and cabin mates with one form.
NOTE! Trips booked via the form is payed by an invoice. The contact person receives one invoice for themselves and everyone in the same cabin. The invoice will be sent a bit later.
Exchange students can book their cabin via the reservation link or by phone.

booking instructions
Trips are booked by cabin, meaning that one person books the entire cabin for their group.
Please collect the following information from yourself and your cabin mates in advance:
names
dates of birth
the booker’s email address and phone number
possible bus transportation (48€ Kokkola/Pietarsaari, 34€ Vaasa/Seinäjoki, 22€ Pori/Rauma)
possible first-day Buffet (36€ when purchased in advance, 38€ onboard)
possible second-day Brunch (29.50€ when purchased in advance, 33.50€ onboard)
participation in any special programmes (Approt 5€)
PLEASE NOTE! The cabin price includes a Breakfast (value 20.50€), which can also be exchanged for a Buffet or Brunch. In this case, the price of the Buffet/Brunch will be reduced by the value of the breakfast (20.50€). For example, the Brunch on the return day will then cost only 9€. The Sea Breakfast voucher can also be used as credit in the ship’s restaurants.
Passengers’ contact details are collected for safety reasons and will only be used by the Triangeli organisers.
If you are placed in a waiting room when entering the booking system, don’t worry! This means that you are in a queue to access the booking system. Do not close the waiting room tab, as this will remove you from the queue. You will be able to enter the booking system once your waiting time is over.
Remember to have your online banking credentials ready, as the trip must be paid for when making the booking! Once your payment has gone through, please wait patiently for the confirmation. If you have successfully paid for the trip, you are booked for the cruise!
The booking system will close once all places have been sold.

Call rates: From a landline, 0.0835€/call + 0.032€/min; from a mobile phone, 0.192€/min. Calls from abroad are charged according to the rates of the foreign operator. Prices include VAT 25.5%.
Change fees when a passenger changes their booking:
Due to the special nature of the cruise, the following exceptional change conditions apply to this trip (YME section 7): The departure date and destination cannot be changed. A passenger’s name can be changed for a 30€ name change fee. An upgrade to a higher cabin category will be charged according to the price list. If the cabin category is changed to a less expensive category, the difference will be refunded as onboard credit.
Changes to a booking can only be made once. Any subsequent changes will be treated as a cancellation of the trip and the booking of a new trip.
Please note! If part of a cabin booking is cancelled, the price of the trip for the other passengers staying in the cabin will increase.
Cancellation fees when a passenger cancels their booking:
In addition to the fees mentioned above, Matkapojat Oy reserves the right to charge compensation for services ordered and confirmed in advance for which Matkapojat Oy does not receive a refund (e.g. pre-purchased meals, drink tickets and other onboard services).
Please note that in some situations, the cancellation fee may be higher than the amount of the trip price paid to Matkapojat Oy before the final payment.
Due to the special nature of this trip, the following special cancellation conditions apply: If the trip is cancelled, a cancellation fee of 95% of the total trip price will be charged.
